Matanel has been a member of the Manhattan Spine Care team for nearly a year. He graduated with a degree in exercise science and kinesiology from Brooklyn College. Mat is also a certified personal trainer specializing in corrective exercise. He is a passionate student of fitness and wellness and loves sharing any knowledge he can to help others on their own health journeys. His hobbies include following sports, reading, exercise, and tv binging.
